    The location is superb, nestled in Katara near cultural activities. The beach restaurant staff was good, elevating our experience. The infinity pools are a perfect retreat, although service could slow down during busy periods. The ambiance was enchanting and rejuvenating.

    I had the deluxe queen room, it was comfy. Everything here was excellent. It was in a central setting by the beach. Very attentive and caring staff who were always there to help.

    Stayed at The Chedi and I must say, the breakfast was the most limited selection for a 5-star hotel. It was unreal! And, honestly, I could've used a complimentary room upgrade for all the inconveniences. Waited ages for cold coffee and the sun loungers needed a major overhaul. Almost thought it could've been good, but just couldn't!

    The ambiance of the hotel is fine, especially the good sea view from my beautiful double room. The staff, particularly Christine, provided excellent service and were cute throughout my stay. I appreciated the tranquil garden areas.

Slow service during meals, including a frustrating wait for basic items like tea and a mishap regarding a special request for Suhoor, added to the disappointment. The sun lounger cushions were overdue for an upgrade-thin and stained, they did not match the hotel's overall elegance.
