As a senior woman, I absolutely adored the elegant decor and beautiful ambiance of the hotel. The grand chandeliers and luxurious furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a royal palace. The spacious common areas and well-designed layout were also very accessible for older guests like myself, allowing me to navigate the hotel with ease.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this hotel and resort! The two-bedroom villa/chalet was super spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchenette and outdoor seating area. The private pool with a view of the canal was jaw-dropping, especially at night! The temperature of the pool was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful in adjusting it. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so welcoming and cooperative. this luxurious hotel and resort surpassed all my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
